Kunzite is pink to a light purple mineral, named after an American mineralogist G. F. Kunze. The stone exhibits an interesting optical phenomenon, the so-called pleochroism, during which you can see three different shades of the stone depending on the angle you are looking at it. Kunzite is facetted so that the most intense colour stands out. If we look at its chemical structure, kunzite is a gem variety of spodumene. The mineral comes from Nigeria.

About the product: Elegant necklace featuring 3 mm faceted mineral beads. The clasp is crafted from 925/1000 silver. The total length of the necklace is 45 cm.
