Smoky Quartz Jumbo
Smoky quartz is a specific variety of quartz with admixtures of aluminium and iron. These admixtures (and sometimes also irradiation) are responsible for smoky quartz’s colour. The deposits are located in the Alps, Czechia or in the state of Minas Gerais in Brazil. This smoky quartz comes from China.
Stone´s uniqueness: Smoky quartz has a smoky brown colour and it varies from dark, semitrasparent to translucent. Sometimes, the colour can be patchy or “cloud-like”. The hue of these stones has been enhanced by irradiation.
About the product: We offer big tumbled stones in size XXL+ and Jumbo. Under the size XXL+ we classify stones with weight up to 150 g, Jumbo stones are above 150 g. Both variants are available only in 5 kg package.
