Order preparation

As soon as we receive an order from you, we reserve the items and start preparing them. We will also send you an automatic email with your order confirmation. 

If the selected product is not in our stock, we will contact you with a proposal for a suitable alternative.

Please do not pay for the order at this point, as shipping costs need to be added.
