Ruby, Fuchsite, Kyanite
Ruby in Fuchsite with Kyanite is a unique metamorphic rock formed under high pressure and temperature during the transformation of sediments rich in aluminum and chromium.
This material is characterized by its vibrant, multicolored appearance, where green patches of fuchsite mica alternate with blue blades of kyanite and sharply red grains of gemstone ruby.
Among its main properties are a striking color contrast and a strong red fluorescence of the ruby under UV light.
The most renowned and practically exclusive commercial deposits of this precious stone are located in India.
Limitations: Due to its porosity, we do not recommend cleaning it with chemical agents.
Use: Unprocessed, raw stones can serve as interior decoration, such as filling for vases, fountains, or lamps. They can also be applied as ornamental stones in gardens and winter gardens. They are equally suitable for sale as mineralogical specimens or for further processing. Small crystals can be used to make pendants.
